Ultima IX on G400 - How Bad is the Performance?
Anyone out there running Ultima IX Acension with their G400 on a mid-to-upper end system; 450 MHZ or higher (see my spec below)? If so what sort of performance are you getting. Also has the new game patch helped any? On-line user forums and reviews for the game point to sloooow D3D performance (frame rates in the teens or less) even on P3's and Athlons.
Any feedback is welcomed as I am deciding if the potential frustration is worth it.
