Descent3

Before I load a Descent game I've saved, I have the settings at 1024x768, but when I am playing the game and go into the options and exit, the screen resolution seems to change to 640x480 and I cannot get it to change to 1024. My monitor is old, but svga and supports 1024x768. What should I check out?

Also, how do you tell if you have the bump mapped version of Descent3?

make sure you have the latest update.....

to setup bump mapping, goto the launcher, settings, misc, and under optional commands on the bottome, put in this command

-bumped

run, and you will have bumped mapped descent 3. it is AWESOME, along with the motion blur.....
