Can't take screen shots in games?

In Quake 2 and Half-Life, screen shots turn out black? Why? I used to be able to do this with my Voodoo2 card. Is there a fix for this without programs?

Don't use the TurboGL, use the latest ICD from the beta drivers.

Another choice would be getting Hypersnap/DX. www.hyperionics.com

Fds, are you saying that TurboGL is included in the ICD (lastest beta drivers that came out a few weeks ago)?

If so, how stable are the beta drivers? BTW, I have a Matrox G400 card.
