What can I do about this ?????

I have had a few problems with achieving decent framerates in Q3,at the moment I have just benchmarked before and after installing new drivers and here are the results :-
ICD in the latest drivers
timedemo 2
1024x768 everything maxed 34.4 fps.but have to put up with corrupt explosion marks
when I tried the new TGL driver today I lost 11 Fps with the same settings ...
the only benefit was the corrupt graphics were repaired "what should I do"
