Does the Matrox Overclock Utility work under W2K?

Hopefully not a REALLY silly question. I know TurboGL doesn't, so I'm assuming the above doesn't either.
I have no idea what the requirements are: eg - PD version or whatever (have done a search but found nowt).
So any help here would be much appreciated.

    Nope.
    Does not work.
All of the registry entries that util manipulates are all different in win2k
    Core2 Duo E7500 2.93, Asus P5Q Pro Turbo, 4gig 1066 DDR2, 1gig Asus ENGTS250, SB X-Fi Gamer ,WD Caviar Black 1tb, Plextor PX-880SA, Dual Samsung 2494s

      Oh bummer...
I suppose that means there's currently no way to overclock in W2K then...

MGATweak Version 1.20 had been out for months. It works for Win2k as well.
