Ultima IX and G400 problem

I just got the Fixed retail version of Ultima 9 (1.18f)from Origin and after the full install the game kicks me out after 5 seconds.I even tried disable 32bit option and Bus Masterring but no luck again

Matrox G400max (5.52 drivers)
DX 7.0a
PIII 600 with 256 megs of memory
ASUS P3C-E motherboard (1.08 bios)
Windows 98se
