OGL / Hardware acceleration for Quake 1

Hiya...

I've downloaded the shareware version of quake 1 and can't work out how to get OGL for it...

Please could someone advise me as to whether I can get OGL on this version and, if so, what files I would need?

I have got hold of glq1114.exe (GLquake 0.97) and got GLquake.exe out of it but the game still doesn't work.

My specs - athlon 550, K7M board, G400, Win98 SE

GLquake 0.97 requires the full version of Quake.
