Those download demo game from Matrox web-sites , are this with Matrox enhencement add ? Anyone can advise ?

No, these are just normal demos you could download anywhere else. The technology demos are matrox enhanced, the demos not.
Of course there are some games which use enhancements of the G400, and those have also enhanced demos... -
