Duel head+matrox G400 MAX+gaming

It's just a lot of games dont like dualhead. Just turn off the second monitor while ya play. Dont disable dualhead, just dont span your desktop on it. Dont requiere a reboot and games work fine.

P2 350
128mb RAM
Sb Live 1024
30 Gb HD
Soyo board
G400 Max

The card is running fine. Only, when I finally got another monitor and enabled multi diplay, SHOCK HORROR!!!!, UT was unplayably chopy.

I know all the settings and tweaks for the game such as cahcesizemegs= 32 below your maximum RAM...etc...

IRQs' all check out.

Is it that my proccessor is too slow or is it a known hardware problem?

Even roller coaster tycoon was jerking to hell.

Please help me out.

Also, I changed the colour output to 16 rather than 32. This ran UT as sweet as a nut. Even with spanned desktop.
