Cking, mind helping me out with HL fps?

My fps's arent bad but they should better...

Hey I get those flickering white pixels too, any one know how to fix that?

I see the white pixels in counter-strike all the time, and it only happens in OGL and not D3D, but it's not that big of a deal though.
