UnrealTournament: Wierd weapon changes and suddeny choppy

I this symptomatic of Packet Loss with this addaptor (Max400)?

I'v played UT before with a V3-3000, and never hade this happen.

Played by modem, 32Bis Protocol.

I'm getting annoyed by this card, but I don't know of one better; if I did, I'd drop it like a hot rock.
