ok.. remind me next time.. when i get another beach house.. #1.. in the winter.. travel futher south than the outer banks.. (it is still cold when you just drive east)..
#2.. remind me to ask the renters if they have DSL.. Cable...etc. before purchasing the house, because im connecting at 24800 here.. lol.. ugh... its not even funny.. (stupid stupid stupid stupid) haha
