I replaced my geforce2 for my old g400max
because of the brilliant 2d quality but now
when i want to play H.M.F. 2 the textures are looking very bad, what can i do? is there a patch available? i am using 6.23 driver on an epox 8kta2 motherboard with duron 700 overclocked to 1gig

You need to use 6.50 drivers since it has the same problem as Alice which was fixed in these drivers something related to compile_vertex_array. Or you can go to advanced option and turn it off but you might lose some performance doing so,
