Tribes-2 and Matrox cards

I used to frequent these boards, but haven't been around for several+ months. Thought it was worth coming back to share the following:

Sounds like Matrox users may be ok. I admit Ihave a PIII/1 gig w/GeforceMX, but my 2nd machine is a PIII 450/G400. Be nice if T2 runs well on my 2nd machine.

no way the G400 is gonna play T2 well, especially with that CPU. That rig is gonna need a T&L engine just to survive.

lying? nah.

I jus meant that a G400 with a slow CPU aren't a good match for T2. It's gonna kill any system w/o T&L. So do you think a first gen 450mhz P3 is gonna be able to calculate all that geometry very fast? Thats just my point.
