G450....worth it?

Is it worth upgrading my G400 32mb standard card to the 32Mb G450 DDR???? What are the main benefits?....are they noticable?

I use by PC for Counter Strike, 3D Studio Max, and general apps work.

Yeah, in games the G450 is slower than the MAX, and even slower than the G400 in some games. The G450 has somewhat beter dualhead support, but thats about it. The 64-bit wide memory bus pretty much castrates the card.

Also, the downsampling for tv-out is superior on the G400 from what I've heard.

the g450 isn't any faster, it's just got better dualhead (higher res/freq on the 2nd monitor out)
