    G550 GTA2 Half Life Error

    Hi All,

I am using a G550 on a Abit KT7-RAID but when I play games in D3d or Open GL like CS and GTA2 I get corruption in the screen. There are 2 lines at about 33 % and 66 % and below those the screen isn't synchron with the other side.
Does anyone know anything about this problem?
    Am I the only one?
    Let me know!

      I've got an Iiyama Vision Master 350 ( 15 Inch )

I dunno what this is causing since when I have a 2d interface the image is good.

Try flashing to the new BIOS that was just released.

Those two lines are the crt's shadow mask tension wires . All Trinitron and Diamondtron crt's have them.

Additionally if you have Vsync turned off this will augment what you see (tearing), but is unrelated to the tension wires.

I know that there are 2 lines ona trinitron but this is a normal monitor so it hasn't got those 2 lines.

And which BIOS do you mean, the one of the g550 or the one of my mobo?
