Civilization III and the G400

Even with the latest drivers for the G400 I can't go in 1024x768 - (I'm actually using win ME) and when I try to do it the scrren flips and gets back to 800x600 --- any hints?

BtW: I'm new here, but I'm a PROUD Matrox user thanks to everyone that will help me!

Edit your Civilization3.ini file. Add this line to the ini-file.

Video Mode=1024
