Not really, here's the recommendation on the box itself...

"Windows compatible soundcard (RECOMMENDED). Nforce OR other motherboards/soundcards containing the Dolby Digital Interactive Content Encoder required for dolby digital audio. Soundblaster Audigy series soundcards RECOMMENDED."

The GTXP can software decode (CS4630 has hardware encode capability, but disabled due to lisencing issues).

The only soundcard with a Dolby Digital hardware encode as described there is the NForce....
