Just a shot in the dark - but have you tried increasing the AGP aperture size in the system BIOS?

There are more games coming out now that won't even start unless you have a hardware T&L card, like Rallisport Challenge and Colin McRae Rally 3 - though having played the latter, not being able to start the game might be a good thing

Unfortuantely yes. I do have to wait. I am not part of the Microsoft Developer's Network. I use to have access at my last job. It was sweet getting to muck around testing alpha software on beta operating systems.

Since when was XP out of Beta? I test beta Operating systems all the time :-) (Literally, I can quite easily download any of the gnome 2.3.x or Linux kernel 2.5.x or of course any of the WIndows Operating Systems that I have are still beta in my opinion )

BTW: Have you tried ut2k3 on your G200? It starts but there are texture corruptions all along. Otherwise game is 'almost playable' in 640x480 everything set to low... Maybe that 16megs is not enough.
Time to change my vidcard(or build a new gaming machine)...
