Wee, I'd really like to test out my surround gaming set up, now that I finally have it
Though that means I'll have to make some room on my harddrive for UT2k3 (I have ET installed, but the surround gaming is kind of goofy for it, anyone fix the stretched hud problem?)

Yeah, did that. When I have the "Use HUD Mode" enabled, it disables the other two monitors. And since my FOV was changed, it looks pretty goofy...Originally posted by bsdgeek

So... uhm... where is everyone? Joined in on the server, and there were just a couple bots. Anyhow I installed UT2k3 and the FOV is fine, but just out of curiousity, is the gun always squished like that? or is there a way to fix it (well, not just the gun, but the pic of whoever just killed you is squished too. As was the text saying that it was downloading a map.)

My friends and I have LAN shindigs almost weekly, and we will be setting up a dedicated server very soon off a 3meg cable modem. The box will run several games (undecided exactly what ones). If there are any Day of Defeat players in here, I can post times when we'll be playing and post the servers ID/password here. We're usually 4 people, and filling the list out with a few MURCers would be very cool. We'll also be running the original UT for sure (probably not UT2K3, since we all hate it), and possibly Red Faction.
