      I don't have this problem on my Parhelia :0

      Works great by the way, but I believe DX9.0 is running in software.

        Well I finished the game and I think my gfx problems are with the card itself...it starts to mess up after a couple hours of straight use. I checked my Clocks using ATITool and its at its stock clocks
        Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?

              ATI themselves have their own driver cleaner on their website, just look in the extra tools/utilities section

                so for the sake of it, why not underclock it and see if the problem persists ?

                Seriously, "stock speeds" are no guarantee that it won't overheat with an application that is more taxing to your system than the ones they used for stability testing, back when they settled the clock speeds.

                Also, if the problem disappears below stock speeds, you might have a reason to excahnge the card.
