Is it me, or is anyone else NOT seeing Light Flares (e.g. Glowing light bulbs) with the G400 in Q3Test 1.06? How do I fix this? New driver?

Hello,
I've seen Quake3test2 running on a couple of Riva TNT2's, and none of them have the light flares... (tried it with light flares turned on and off in the options menu)
All other cards I've seen it on had the same problem...
Maybe it's just Quake3test2, and not a card or driver related problem?

FYI: After enabling light flares on my Voodoo2 SLI, I see no difference in the display. I think it's a problem with the game itself.
