G400 vs G400 MAX. Any real difference???

Hi!
I read the review on this site about the G400 and G400 MAX. I have to admit, I ws not convinced. I can not translate the numbers to every-day terms.
i see that the difference in most of the cases negligible, but there are cases when the numbers show 10-20% difference. I mainly want to use my card for gaming with a Celeron 366@550 machine. So do you think that wiht this CPU and 128 MB RAM I would see any practical differnce between the two cards??

Only if you want to play at 1024x768x32bit and _above_ - especially above. The difference is VERY noticable at 1600x1200...
