Why does my current WU take so long to complete?

    Stupid question perhaps,
but I just noticed that SetiSPY reports my current WU to be completed in 11,5 hours. Normal times are well under 5 hours.
Does anybody know why WU times vary so much?
    Strange...

Well, maybe you got a good one, with lots of interesting signals in it ?

It did just jump ahead, and completed in 7 hours. Nothing extraordinary with respect to detected gaussians.

Tracked the problem back to Netscape 6. That browser seems to like RAM so much, that it doesn't want to share it with anybody. It had gobbled up over 100MB(!). Think I'll have to download one of the latest nightly builds.

Yes, you may have one with a lot of powerful signals in it. Besides that, a last one I thought was going to take over 10 hours, jumped ahead all of a sudden, skipping the last 10%. Is that noise?
