    "stop after process" (G@H)

Is there any way of making the client shut down after it has completed a WU?

    You mean an automated close-down?
What's the use for the Seti-client's Command Line autoexit? It might work on the ghclient as well.

Can not run the client on some of the computers at work 24/7! But I could run them after work if I would come up with a solution that would shut down the client after it has finished and uploaded wu!

The current genome-client hasn't got any method to auto-stop it, but you can try Task Sceduler to start/stop the client.
