    seti.matroxusers.com isn't updating the stats!

Looks like the last time it got new info was on the 12th... It's the 15th now. Who do we get to re-start the script (?) or whatever is in charge of pulling the latest info?

    Thanks,

Charles (contemplating jumping to some other project once he's #1 -- or gets passes by Stauning)
A few computers, some with Matrox stuff...I'll add details later.

Same thing goes with the Genome@home stats
According to the latest official figures, 43% of all statistics are totally worthless...

      Well,

I'm back at work, after being sick for a week, and it seems that someone's ripped out the hard disk of the machine that's doing the scripts.

Worse: AFAICS, it's been reformatted and put into another machine.

And even worse: I don't have a backup of the data, at least nothing more recent than about a year old...

I'm holding judgement until my co-workers arrive, but I'm not terribly happy ATM

      Martin

Well, it turns out to be a bit less drastic than that; they didn't format the hard disk, so I've put it back in, and the scripts seem to be running again.

        Next project: backup my data

        Martin

Argh! Having a couple machines out of the loop may have killed my chances at hitting #1 before being passed. WINS problems at work kept 2 machies (3 processors total) from connecting to the local SETIQueue server that I have for a good 6 or 7 days. Ironicially, if they'd been connecting straight to the internet they would have been crunching all week!
