It's usually painless.
The only thing I deal with here is ZoneAlarm will recognize the executable has changed and stops internet access to foldtrajlite.exe until I re-authorize.
(I usually just turn off ZA or un-plug my cable modem on protien change days until I get home from work)
You have 24 hours to get your old folds uploaded for full credit or 48 hours for half credit after tje change is released.
