Whohoo! Another member, way way kewl. With dbdg starting again soon and Paddy getting into the game as well, hopefully before hell freezes over, we'll get to top 20 so much faster!

OK guys, we are lagging. The table attached shows the ETA of #20 to be some 16.5 *YEARS* out..... Since the last ranking update I did, a number of things happened:
        1. RichL joined the team First credits are coming in. But that is about the only positive I can see right now
        2. Sitflyer, your machines may have crashed, no credits for two days now.
        3. Fluff, you were crunching like crazy, but over the past four days, there's been just ONE tricklet. Please inspect machines and report asap.
        4. dbdg, you are still offline I think, no credits for at least a week now.
        5. J1NG, from a steady 3, you dropped to just one trickle a day, what's going on?
        6. Rattledagger is still beta-testing something I think, been out for a long while now.
        7. CaineTanathos - offline whilst playing with linux - get a move on will ya? This ain't a game you know..
        8. AZ - Struggling
        9. Paddy - what's left to say....

Late Sat night NTL finally decided to connect me.

I should therefore be up and crunching in a day or so.

Phew, you forgot me in that list... (my home machine still isn't crunching, I'm struggling to get my last backup - just under 1 GB - from the office PC to the home PC)
            (will try this week)

Passing both Nordlichter and 2CPU (!) seems within relative short reach:

Woohoo, I managed to put my previous back-up back, and managed to upgrade to the new client (manually). So my dual Xeon is back up and crunching!

Good news all. I'll do a Ranking Prediction again next week, see how things are improving.

You won't see an improvement on my behalf, until I do another monster updateâ„¢.
I don't know yet when it will be: my BOINC folder is now over 1.5 GB (but can be compressed down to 750 MB with WinACE set to maximum). As this compression/decompression takes quite some time (esp. on my P4 at work), uploading becomes quite cumbersome; I doubt I'll do it every weekend.

OK, one week after I rang the alarm bells, the only thing that changed is that AZ resumed crunching again

As for the rest, where you guys? Whasup? Need help?

Well, you did post "rang the alarm bells", so guessed it was a wake-up-call.

Will take some months before any more CPDN-crunching from me...
