why can't I move memory clock and graphic clock separatly using performance tuner.Is this problem with all Matrox cards.

With Matrox chips, core and memory clocks are derived from the same master clock, so when you change one you change the other.

You find two sliders in Performance Tuner because the program also transparently supports more advanced asynchronous designs like the Savage4 and TNT.
