Nead help to work with MGATweak for a MillG200SGRAM

i could nead a hand, i download MGATweak i work with MGATweak but what i dont know is how to put Twealk working after apply. It says that i have to go to regestri, to line:
hkey_local_machine\software\MGATweak and make a shotcut to startup. how can i do that?
