MGA Tweak not saving settings.. help!

I am running MGA Tweak on startup; however, it will not save the setting between settings, even if I check the save settings box. What am I doing wrong? I think I have the appropriate files in the Windows\System folder. Also, I would like MGA Tweak to be minimized on startup instead of showing the window each time I start Windows. Help, please.... TYIA
