No, the guy gets pulled over for drunk driving, and got out when he was told not to, and the cop pulls a gun on him, he finishes his beer before going to the pokey.Comment

I thought I saw a gun in his left hand. Thought he just wanted to finish his beer before leaving. I've seen crazy stuff like this so it wouldn't have surprised me. You see some wierd things on satellite feeds.
