All we can come up with is Leonardo, and Master Splinter... What were the names of the other 3 Ninja Turtles? (And as a side question, what was the name of the cartoon series?)

If my memory serves me correctly, the original comic series of TMNT was black and white. The cover was color, and all 4 turtles had a red band over their eyes.
