anyone use dreamweaver 3?

just installed it and tweaked around but how do i make it so that when i open a page music will play on the background?

..i tried help and it said to put play sound on behavior..but it wont and it says that the event wont happen

*btw. this is a really user friendly proggy

i dont plan on making a webpage w/ sound
im just tweaking around and wondered how it was done (i dont think i will even make a homepage for the public to see..just curiosity man
