I wonder if it's for real. I tried seeing it from another PC but it was the same, so I don't think it's a cookie or IP based tracking... but I can't believe they would do such a thing (delete their stuff)

Their web server just has TTL trickery going on. No biggie. It'll reset after a predetermined time (probably 5-10 minutes).

You've just deleted all their hard work. It isn't coming back automatically. They might upload their whole site again after a while only for one of you to delete it again. Poor guys were sadly mistaken in the decency of the average viewer.

Actually all the site does is give you a cookie. IE users have to go to their Cookies folder and delete the one from @totl.net. You have to restart the browser after that. Then to avoid getting a cookie next time, double-click on the Internet text in the status bar and add *.totl.net into the list of Restricted Sites.
After that you can click on the red button any time you want but the site just won't go away.
