I like the Shaddow or if you fancy something smaller the Hornet (import only i think).

I've not been on one since i knackered my Honda CB some years back....

But i agree with Rags, windshields are for wussies

    yum yum
The Welsh support two teams when it comes to rugby. Wales of course, and anyone else playing England

        Hi agallag.
I'm going to buy a Fazer 600 'cause I want a motorcycle good for turism, all-day use and with the capability to give some power-emotion.

However, you can look at www.motoride.it to see almost every motorcycle of the last 3 years.
It's an Italian site, but it's really easy to navigate. Just select "CERCA E CONFRONTA" in the first page (it's in the top-middle) and you will have a new page where to choose a brand and a model. Select them and just click on the simbol at the right.

However, if you are looking for a big tourism-only motorcycle, you can go for a TDM, a BMW R1100 RT (but it's not that good), or a classic Transalp.

        D'ya want an Italian version?

            Crazy people, those Vmax owners...

Latest news coverage, email, free stock quotes, live scores and video are just the beginning. Discover more every day at Yahoo!

Edit: Yeah yeah, I don't think anyone was SERIOUS about the Vmax... Although it pretty much fulfills your first criteria, "it'll have to be on the big side"

Somebody didn't read my criteria That's pretty much the exact opposite of what I'm looking for. Ok, not quite. This is the exact opposite:

Very interesting reading this thread makes. I'm fascinated by you biker types. Myself can't imagine being on the road in a vehicle with no metal around me for protection, never considered it for an instant. hehe I hear my fater used to ride a Honda 50 when he was dating my mother LOL ROTFLMAO, trying to imagine a 6'1" 200 lb man on a Honda 50. *choke* *tears* too funny.

Yeah... nothing like the feeling you get when beeing dragged along the asfalt by a 400 pound bike that just doesn´t seem to be stopping.... ever
If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."
