Our number is lower, but only by a little. Recent polls show that 50% of American women (at least) are unable to achieve orgasm during sex. I'm guessing at least another 25% don't get one REGULARLY during sex.

And since virtually every woman sounds like she has one, I'm guessing that 75% of women fake it at least some of the time, with 2/3 of them faking it ALL the time.

Well, you can CHECK to see if she's faking or not.

Uncontrolled vaginal flutters tend to be a strong indicator of an actual orgasm.

Sudden increase in lubrication - ditto.

Sudden uncontrolled full-body blush?

Then there are the fakable, but not particularly likely to be faked indicators like drawing blood with her fingernails or starting to cry from the intensity.

But hey, who knows - maybe all women have astonishing voluntary control of their endocrine systems.

Sorry, AZ ... no pun intended, but there is a very noticable difference between a faked and a real one, where the latter is often just a start off for more to come (I wished I was a girl sometimes)
