      I got my first real BSoD in Widows XP last week...I'm so happy. At least some things never change. My laptop hung and I was forced to do a hard reboot, which killed the boot info somehow. Kept getting BSoD on bootup. The good news is, I booted up to the WinXP CD and ran the recovery console. Ran FIXMBR, FIXBOOT and CHKDSK. Rebooted and it worked fine again. Miraculous I say.

          BSOD on WinXP

          I have used Windows XP RC2 since it came out, and my machine havent hung a single time, and NO BSOD!!!!

          I'm supriced, and also very satisfied with the new OS from Microsoft.......
