My buddy lives in London, just 4 hours from my place here in Canada!

P.S: Does London Ontario also count? Just like Paris Ontario, hehe.

I used to, but the cost of living just got stupid. High house prices coupled with crappy pay rises = mass exodus.

I wouldn't mind Jamaica at Christmas. How about a house swap

Anyone has any idea where that is. It somehow looks incomplete.

Thanks. I independently came up with that site too. Turns out it is not too far from my sister's house (relatively), she lives right beside Whitechapel hospital where she works. About 4 km away.
I am now working out bus and underground routes so I can move around when I come up next month. (acceleration of plans)

It will be in Nov. (3-18)
Possible migration (a few years anyway), depending on what happens during my stay. I'll be staying with my sister who's now a British citizen, at her flat beside Whitechapel Hospital. The no. 106 bus will take me to Northwold Road, whish is the nearest stop. I figure at the very least I can get a "locum" Intern's job with my MBBS degree, or some IT job or other. I may decide to come work there even if things don't go as expected. Just one of those unexpected things that happen sometimes. I was going to come up Oct 16 but since my cousin from London is now out here and returns Nov. 3, I figured I'd go back with him (so I'd get some warm clothes to wear). If any of you see a really warmly dressed nerdy looking coloured fellow shivering as he walks during that time it'll probably be me LOL. Women can really make men do strange things.

My ex employers are just around the corner, I'm sure they're in need of some good technical people
When you own your own business you only have to work half a day. You can do anything you want with the other twelve hours.
