Found out why I'm having difficulties they're trying to stop me from using the service and move onto their more expsensive broadband. However if they think you're using broadband to much they'll disconnnect you from that and pretend theres a fault for a few hours.
BT Sucks big time. Even better credit card details were availale to there helpdesk.
Even better it was only two months ago they sent me an email saying use it more!!!!!!!!!

I am on adsl and have an "always on" connection. I have not been cut off to date.

According to the people interviewed on watchdog they have been. I can certainly confirm the dialup fiasco as this has happened to me. If you use the always on heavily for downloading files such as mp3's and mpegs they'll put a little choker on you.Comment

They suck big time, dropped them a month ago and went back to Demon, costs a bit more but get connected first time everytime.

Well theres freeserve and Err AOL as alternatives. I've asked BT billing if I can pay them direct via online backing. I'm awaiting there reply. That way I'll know my credit card details are safe.Comment
