Ummm No most large scale manufactures usually only test a sample from each batch, if the failure rate is above a certain percent then they test the whole batch.
Same goes for tv's, vcr's etcJuu nin to iro

Well I'm assuming they're standing/sitting on anti-static mats, but even so, I'd prefer to see some proper anti-static precautions taken when handling sensitive electronics.
