Why are the scans/photos look like they are done in 256 color?

There are two obvious ways to know:

1. Keen eyes

2. Try saving the pict and check the size.

I might not be able to see a worth of shit without corrective lens or Contacts in but I have a very good eye for detail and I stare at a computer monitor for more then 8 hours a day between work and at home. So little things like that bother me and anything lower then a 75hz refresh rate bother me..damn blue eyes

GT98...did I miss something or are you saying that blue eyes make you more susceptible to noticing flicker? I have blue eyes, and CANNOT use <75Hz without feeling very sick very quickly. 85Hz is prefered.
