Sorry to join this exceptionally fun thread so late, but I was just wondering where the HELL you can buy a very nice house in Ontario for only $132K. I just bought a moderately sized semi-detached starter home in the suburbs of Toronto for $210K. You can't even get a 1000 sq. ft. townhouse for less than $150K. Where do you live?
