I have returned after another week long road trip. Sadly, this will be my last road trip for a long time (except for QuakeCon of course). Anyway, I've moved into my new apartment, have internet in it, etc. Now got to get furniture. I have a few things, but now I gotta get a recliner, a couch, coffee table, and a new TV and Entertainment center. Need some end tables too....anyway, it's gonna take awhile to get it all gathered and get the place pimpin', but it'll be worth it.

EDIT: Oh, I'm still in San Marcos near Austin. So same place and all pretty much. I just live on the other side of town now, right next to the SWT Stadium. Should make my broadcast job easier when I film the football and baseball games.

Never heard of them. I already have one couch. What I'll do is probably get a bed, turn my futon into a couch, get a recliner....so I'll have a two couch and recliner setup. I'm trying to get a good table to put in the middle for poker, playing bones, etc. Gonna start looking at classifieds and going to garage sales. After I get all this....gonna get the lava lamps, neon signs, blah, blah. Someone said he could sell me a used pool table, in good condition and all. Might go for that too. Of course, this will put my HTPC on hold for a little longer, but my little Rage Pro card can make it (I hope).

Well, looks like I'm putting the big screen on hold. I need to get a 27" TV in the $200-$300 dollar range. Any good picks?? Doesn't have to be bad ass or anything, just something to hold me over until I get the big one. My little 19" has a fuzzy picture and it's hurting my eyes (was made in the early 70's....no remote control, agghhh).

I would suggest looking at Sony TV and there Wega Series...nice looking TVs
Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?
