And it's probably a touch screen, and/or you use a stylus to write on it. I saw some clamtops like this a few years ago. How about it like having two displays, connected at the top, with a "shield" for the display on the back, connected at the bottom, and having an integrated keaboard?
It'd look like this in use: _/\_
