    The original name to Starblazers was Space Cruiser Yamato! Named after the flagship of the Japanese navy during WWII.

    The third show would have been G-Force (previously mentioned) which is called Battle of the Planets or Gatchaman.

    The other possibility is Voltron, which in Japan is ... Voltron, as far as I know.

        It was a trick question. There was no original anime for Voltron, it was hobbled together from other anime.

            Two anime if I remember correctly, but technically Robotech is not the same as Macross. Robotech is a mix of different anime's as well.
