i'm sorry, several people i've worked with and more people i've known have worked for tech support at the local gateway call center... i almost did... almost everyone i know who worked their was happy to leave if they worked the phones... a few were lucky enough to get off the phones... heh...
acctually, i heard something about them outsourcing their tech support to an outside company last i heard..."And yet, after spending 20+ years trying to evolve the user interface into something better, what's the most powerful improvement Apple was able to make?
