Don't like fried chicken that much. Fast food fried chicken (say that fast 10 times) is too greesy for me. There's a local place called Stroud's with the best pan-fried chicken there is.

I don't pan fry mine. I use a deep fryer with peanut oil; IMHO the only oil you should use to fry chicken and fish.
