    to let Gulf War II start.

    Saddam, meet Buck Rogers.....

    Satellite and aerial chemical weapons sensors, Predators & other drones, aerial robot swarms, battlefield computer intel, E-bombs, Packbots etc. etc. etc.

      No he will just do what any megalomaniac would do. He will bomb his own people, blame it on the Americans, the news media will eat it up without verifying the accuracy of the report and the bleeding heart liberals will go crying to mama that we need to stop.
