I can somewhat understand german when it's spoken slowly, cause it sounds like a little bit of french and english, but I can't read it to save my life.

I don't think eating human flesh is very different from eating any other kind of meat. Cannibals tend to think that something of the victim lives on in them, so eating a dear person is kind of "understandable".

So, at first thought this was but a strange cause of euthanasia. But if I understood correctly then the cannibal and the victim devoured the victim's... uhm... "sex part" (as AltaVista says) together... Which makes them both mentally ill in my book.
